HEAD OF RECRUITING
My name is Geethu Pallikkathayil, currently working as a recruiting coordinator. My main duties are to train and coach my fellow recruiters. Making sure an office is growing and promoting out deals. The goal is to get 50 0ffices by the end of this year.
I am very passionate about one thing: teaching people (recruiters, entrepreneurs, etc…) how to achieve rockstar results with recruiting. My motto is “Work Smarter Not Harder.” I live by this and teach it to others every day.
I started in the field working with Verizon FiOS in Philadelphia. Now going into 6 years into the industry, ultimately gaining experience in residential sales, talent marketing, human resources practice, sourcing, and recruiting at a variety of levels and different markets.
Some of my personal accomplishment is that I promoted over 9 outsides deal in 4 years and ran a successfully remote recruiting company.
NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Landon Atkinson is our National Account Manager overseeing our growing retail and Verizon divisions. He comes to us with 15 years of industry experience. His experience in sales, business development, consulting, and management spans multiple industries. He has a track record of building high-performing businesses in telecom, retail energy, and solar to name a few.
Landon is originally from Nashville; currently residing in Philadelphia. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in marketing, with a focus on sales and entrepreneurship.
MARKETING AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Experienced Director Of Marketing And Development with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Skilled in Integrated Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media Relations, Film Production, and Management working along top brands and platforms such as Youtube Space NY & Toronto, Shopify, Instagram, TomorrowWorld, EDC, Sony Music Australia, Mayweather Promotions, One Source Provider, Vine, Playlist-Live, OWSLA, NYFW and many more both Nationally as well as Internationally . Strong marketing professional tried college, but found success in experience.
DIRECTOR OF SALES OPERATIONS
Justin is a business development leader with a proven track record of enabling organizations to increase revenue and expand customer bases. With over 15+ years of sales and operations experience in Telecom and Energy he is excited to bring that experience to help lead OSP’s Sales Operations. He excels at building strong teams and cross-functional partnerships that drive operational excellence, deliver efficiencies that enable sustainable business growth.
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Dustin Woods was born and raisd in the small town of Delware, OH. He attended Ohio Northern on a football scholorship, and graduated with a major in Business Management in 2009. He quickly put his schooling to good use and started as a Marketing Intern at a Consulting Firm in Columbus, OH.He quickly was offered a full time position and just five months later was promoted into an Assitant Manager positon.
Woods moved to Detroit and opened his first Consulting Firm in the summer of 2010. Since then Woods remined in Troy, MIchigan but opened several locations from St. Louis to Ann Arbor, MI. With his rapid growth, he has upheld several awards such as ‘Rookie Owner of the Year’ and was recognized nationally for being top in sales nationally for one of the largest fortune 500 companies in North America.
CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Hassan F. Abdallah serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of OSP. In that capacity, he manages compliance activities in the broad range of U.S. regulatory obligations enforced by major government agencies.
Mr. Abdallah received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wayne State University and completed his Juris Doctorate (with Honors) from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is a recognized and proven professional in the field of organizational compliance with extensive experience in designing and managing complex compliance based solution systems for entities in the fields of healthcare, banking, real estate, and corporate transactions.
Mr. Abdallah holds certifications as a Certified Healthcare Compliance Expert (CHC) Certification as well as a certification as a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM).

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Elali is an entrepreneur that has over 15 years of a proven record growing direct sales and marketing services for telecommunications, energy, merchant processing and smart home automation. He is CEO of One Source Provider, LLC (OSP) a direct sales and marketing firm he founded in early 2011 that offers clients campaigns through business-to-consumer, business-to-business, & business-to-retail.
He quickly grew OSP’s client base to 25+ clients with 4 of them being Fortune 100 companies since company’s inception. Mr. Elali’s responsibilities include working with OSP’s senior executives to identify, acquire, and develop relationships with new clients within the U.S, Europe & Canada. He works to identify new business opportunities globally, develop marketing initiatives, and enhance the management of current clients through market research, financial feasibility studies, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilization.
Given his prior success of growing a sales organization from just himself to over 1500 sales agents he truly understands how to grow this business. Mr Elali says “keep this business simple and it will duplicate beyond any entrepreneur’s imagination.” His goal is to grow OSP into the best quality direct sales and marketing firm this industry has ever witnessed.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Over 13 years of Sales and Business Operations, Management and Customer Service experience and expertise in the B2B, B2C, Retail and Wholesale channels, in addition to experience in Recruiting and Human Resources. I take pride in consulting and developing process and goal oriented sales professionals and lean business operations while delivering growth to our clients and optimizing operational efficiency.
I am the Operations Manager at One Source Provider, developing and implementing lean business strategies while growing the relationships between Independent Business Owners and our Fortune 100 clients. One Source is a Direct Sales firm that was founded in 2011 and has expanded into 7 states across the nation, penetrating key markets with high tech, modern products and services customers need while posting positive growth year after year. My objective is to drive our business forward by developing our client/IBO relationships and finding the best and brightest talents to grow with. I am seeking out experienced Independent Business Owners and Sales Representatives with the skill and desire to grow their business in 2019.

Mr. Bassam Chahine is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OSP Corporation. As CFO, he is an organizational leader and key member of senior management. Mr. Chahine supervises and directs all financial and accounting functions at the company. Mr. Chahine is also involved in planning, operations, and risk management. With over 15 years in various management roles, Bassam brings a vast amount of professional understanding to OSP. Bassam’s past endeavors are impressive and diverse. He spent over five years managing a large international petroleum company. He has also managed telecommunications companies, and accounting firms. Bassam earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting/Finance.
